Call forth what you want

You are creating your reality each and every moment. Watch your language! Watch what you are communicating. The universe rearranges itself to accommodate your reality.

Can’t… There is no such word in a creator. That is not the truth of my Being. What is the truth of your Being? Switch your language to positive expressions.

Should…You should remove “should” from your vocabulary. :) What is your biggest should of yourself. Let go of all those shouldy attitudes. Have good dumps and… Shift Happens!

Need… What do you need? Need is an illusion. You are perfect, whole and complete – you are not needy. Need is denial of abundance.

Start shifting your words. I have to have this done/ I would love to have this done. Shift to a modality of pleasure in your language. If you say, “I don’t want…” then your mind goes right there, to focus once again on what you don’t want.

Put your focus on what you do want.

Shift it to what you do want.

You expand the negatives for everybody when you use negative words.

Call forth what you want.

What others do or say is their stuff; how we react, or not, is our stuff!
 
   
The world is in a mess, but instead of doing something to fix it, too many are just watching TV or complaining and bickering about problems instead of solving them and criticism about those who are trying to.
 

So, what can you do?  Everytime you catch yourself being negative you can shift in the moment and look for something positive to say or focus on.
 
 
Sure, it takes work, and that is just a concious awareness that it is happening and you are attempting to change your thought in the moment.  Wow, imagine what it would be like if we all did that?

Stop it!

Here’s some advice from Bob Newhart…

Now, seriously, what are you doing that’s holding you back from doing, being, and having what you want?  Do you look for what is wrong all the time?  Do you criticize, find fault, blame, resent?  Do you gossip?

Stop it!

The news is mostly negative.  Do you watch the news every day?  More than once a day?  Do you read the newspaper? Do you watch violent or horrific movies?

Stop it!!

Do you lie?  Do you cheat?  Do you steal?  Do you take from work? Do you tattle?  Do you call others bad names?  Do you magnify the negative?

Stop it!!!

It’s so simple…

Just

stop

it!!!!

How positive can you be?

When you are positive, how you view the world changes.  While there is psychological and scientific proof of this, let’s try a simple experiment.

Try this – walk around a crowded place with a smile on your face (whether you feel it or not!).  When you smile you release endorphins just by the crinkles on your face.  That’s crinkles, not wrinkles!  The crinkles fake out your brain because it thinks you are smiling and your brain releases endorphins and dopamine.  Ok  TMI…so, walk with a smile and make eye contact with people and watch them smile back.  Smiles are contagious.  Now watch how that mirrors back to you and see how you feel.  Lighter?  Happier?  More positive?

Yes!  And you are changing the world around you, too.  Everyone you come in to contact with in this vibration will have a shift.

Enjoy silliness, it wakes up the mind.

Be grateful for everything.

Gratitude changes everything. When we’re in a state of appreciation, everything around us is enhanced positively.  It uplifts us, makes us feel happier, and expands our consciousness.

If gratitude is difficult for you, then take your focus off of what is lacking in your life.  Think about what you have; your loved ones, your health, your work.  When you are in a grateful state of mind you are in a positive vibration.  Be grateful for what you have right now.

No matter how much or how little you have in your life right now, if you will practice gratitude and appreciation, your life will become more abundant.

Dwell on the good and watch more good come into your life.

Anything can happen

You can only concentrate on one thought at a time.  Think about that.  Try to concentrate on more than one thought at the same time!  And if you can create a new reality with new thought patterns then why don’t people just change what they are thinking and put concentrated focus on the life they would like to have.  As your intention is focused there, things and circumstances will present themselves and open new paths for you that never would have happened if you kept your attention on what you didn’t like about your life.

Listen, anything can happen!  Anything.  Put more focus on what you want.  Surround yourself with positive tools.  Put yourself among a community of higher conscious people.  Join new groups.  Learn new things!
